01/2022 - Azqore at the front of Wealth Management Innovation thanks to its new Innovation Lab

The evolving needs of the private banking and wealth management market implies to design and test new ideas and solutions quickly and in close collaboration with business users.

Willing to drive digital innovation along with its clients and Fintech partners, Azqore has created, in Switzerland and Singapore, its « Innovation Lab ». Based on the Design Thinking approach and agile methodologies, the Lab will test new concepts and business ideas to swiftly bring innovative responses to market needs.

At the heart of the Business Services team, the innovation Lab will benefit from the support and active involvement of Azqore’s product and technology experts, Fintech partners and clients teams and will work in close collaboration with Paris Innovation Lab created by Indosuez Wealth Management. Together they will co-construct new user journeys, validate the first sketches and wireframes to reach Minimum Viable Products in just weeks.

« We already started working on solutions to improve collaboration between bankers as well as with their clients, give clients a comprehensive and interactive outlook of their assets inside or outside of the bank, implement a next generation cross-border management engine, or simplify the onboarding of external asset managers », says Anton Soudovtsev, Head of Azqore Business Services.

In Singapore, a dedicated area of the office is being created to accommodate together clients, UX designers, product owners, analysts and developers. This dedicated space shall create the conditions to think outside of the box. It will also host events for the Fintech community thanks to the Fintech status obtained last June by Azqore Singapore.
