This Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy is subject to Swiss laws and regulations. The courts of the Canton of Vaud, subject to recourse to the Federal Court, shall have jurisdiction in the event of a conflict.

Azqore SA reserves the right to modify the contents of this disclaimer at any time. The User is deemed to be aware of the latest version of this disclaimer each time they connect to the Website.

The Website is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except in the case of force majeure, as a result of the actions of a third party, and/or in the event of maintenance work and interventions necessary for its proper functioning. Where maintenance work is carried out, any interruptions shall, insofar as is possible, be notified by a warning on the homepage or by any other process. Neither Azqore SA nor the Host may be held liable for any interruption or disruption, whatever the cause, nor will any interruption or disruption open the right to any compensation.
Insofar as the confidentiality and integrity of information provided on the internet cannot be guaranteed, the User is informed that they are responsible for taking all appropriate measures to protect their messages or data and/or tools. If a User does not wish to send personal information via the internet, they may send it by regular post to Azqore SA.

Access to this Website is free of charge, excluding any internet service provision and dial-up costs that are invoiced directly to the User by their operator. 

Azqore SA does not provide any online services.

Where applicable, the online service (Azqore Client Portal) of Azqore SA may be accessed via the Website. The terms governing access to and the pricing and provision of online services are stipulated in an agreement signed between the User and Azqore SA. Any User wishing to access and use the online service should contact Azqore SA. 
 

3. AVAILABLE INFORMATION

All information and opinions of a general nature (economic, financial, etc.) featured on the Website are for information purposes only. Although Azqore SA takes all reasonable steps to obtain information from sources that it deems reliable, it does not represent nor warrant that the information or data on the Website is accurate, reliable or complete. The User can spontaneously apply or respond to an offer posted on the  «www.linkedin.com/company/azqore-sa/» website which can be accessed via a link on the “Careers” tab. 

The «www.linkedin.com/company/azqore-sa/» page falls under the editorial responsibility of Azqore SA. The conditions applying to applications are specified in the Disclaimer of the «www.linkedin.com» website which the User is advised to read.
