A look back at Azqore contribution's to Capgemini's World Wealth Report 2023

In 2022, the global economy has slowed down more sharply than expected: the wealth management sector now needs to evolve its offering to meet a large number of new challenges.

The 27th edition of the World Wealth Report has been published in June 2023. This annual survey, a true bible of information for wealth management professionals, covers as it did in 2022 71 markets representing more than 98% of the world's gross national income and 99% of the world's stock market capitalisation. It compiled the needs and expectations of more than 3,000 HNWIs in North America, Europe and the Asia-Pacific region.

And these expectations were evolving. For professionals, careful cost management and strategic investment are thus becoming essential to ensure the long-term growth of their business. Improving customer relationships and the technology capabilities that support them, including one-stop digital workstations, are key to increasing revenues and solving profitability challenges.

Azqore was involved in this study through the contribution of Stéphane Gomis, Deputy CEO supervising Azqore's Front Office activities. He notably shared his views on how digital capabilities can drive up efficiency for RMs.
